The Clear Red Lines
Some uses of AI image generation are universally condemned and illegal:

The Gray Areas
Many ethical questions don't have clear answers:
- Artistic nudity: Where does art end and exploitation begin? Different cultures draw the line differently.
- Fan art of real people: Generating non-sexual images of celebrities or public figures. Legal in most places, but ethically complex.

- Age verification for adult content
- Report mechanisms for policy violations
- Regional compliance (different laws in different countries)
- CSAM detection and law enforcement cooperation
- Transparency about what's allowed and what isn't
Your Responsibility as a User
As an AI image generator user, you should:
- Never create content depicting real people in compromising situations without their consent
- Respect copyright and intellectual property
- Be aware of the laws in your jurisdiction
- Consider the potential impact of the content you create
- Use the tools creatively and constructively
