Why an AI image tool needs clear rules
Open image models made it possible for anyone to turn an idea into a picture. That freedom is the point of a tool like EGAKU AI. But a service only lasts if people can trust it: the people who use it, the people who might appear in an image, and the partners that keep it running.
So we keep a short list of lines we never cross, protect real people carefully, and leave everything else open for fiction, fantasy and art.
The lines we never cross
- Nothing that exploits or endangers minors. Ever, in any style, real or fictional.
- No images of real people without their consent. No deepfakes, no impersonation, no putting someone's face into a scene they did not agree to.
- No content that threatens or incites violence against real people or groups.
These are not matters of taste. They are protections that almost every law and platform agrees on, and they do not change by country or plan.
How we protect real people
- Your own face only. Features that keep a person's likeness are meant for yourself, using your own photos.
- Parody label. Clearly satirical work that includes a public figure carries a visible Parody label when shared.
- Takedown without an account. Anyone who finds their likeness in a public image can ask us to remove it through the takedown form. We hide the work while we review and reply within 48 hours.
How the rules are enforced
Prompts and finished images are checked automatically before they are saved. Work that may show a minor, or that looks like a real person used without consent, is not delivered and the credits are returned. Public work can be reported, and repeated attempts to break the rules end the account.
No automatic check is perfect, so people review reports as well.
Everything else is open
Inside those lines, the space is wide: fantasy battles, dramatic film scenes, horror, satire, every art style from watercolor to photoreal. Paid plans include commercial use, and Pro and above can download a license certificate for each work.
Clear lines are what make that freedom sustainable. Read the full content policy for details.
